Great App for pros and newbies

I was quite surprised how effective the workouts are. I highly recommend it and with this you dont really need a gym or a personal trainer. Just remember to eat mostly fruits and veggies! Plant based power give you more energy bang for your buck!

Feeling the burn

Getting strong for next season just got easier. Coach wants us to work on lower body 3 times a week and this makes sure I wont get bored doing that. Great workout app.

Great app

Love this app and the others that work other areas of the body. Only down fall with this one in particular is I find Im repeating a lot of the moves once Ive gotten past 6 minutes.

This app is truly amazing! Not only I lost weight but my body is much more defined and I love it.

More variety but no connections

This has more leg and hip workouts than the lower body section of the main Sworkit app, which I love. Unfortunately, it doesnt let you connect to My Fitness Pal the way the main app does. Thats so disappointing! I use the apps together for a better all over fitness tracking, so I dont understand why one of there apps would connect and the others would not.

Addicting

I got all of the different apps for each type of work out (ab, cardio, lower body etc). I have found it fun challenging and enjoy starting my morning with a ten minute workout!!

I wanted strong thick thighs you should add that I dont want to slim them the are to small I want them thicker

I started at 3:30 and now it will send me a reminder everyday at 3:30 too do at least a 5 minute workout

I have started to get really big calves and I started sworkit today for my calves I got tired really quick. I throughly enjoyed my workout I actually did a couple more for fun

Quick and easy workouts that make the time fly! I love that you can choose the length of workout, target area, and the variety of exercises never makes you bored! Also it syncs with MyHEalth app to track progress :)
